In my work as a Sound and Energy healer, I see how intense the time between mid-December and mid-January can be for many. If we look to nature, we can see winter is a time we should be resting but often it’s party season or can be a time of commitments to others.

So I started a series of EPs that aim to encapsulate the feeling of winter and to offer an alternate to the hustle this time can bring.

May this EP, the third in my winter series, bring you a momentary pause; time to reflect and imagine a new future during the long, dark nights of winter.
